Christchurch Meadows Tennis Price Increasing 1st September
We're on a mission to remain the most affordable and accessible Tennis membership in the area, however the never-ending wave of inflation has finally hit us, and we will be increasing all prices for the first time, from 1st September 2024.
Please see below new Membership and Non Member Pay & Play charges to come into effect from 1st September 2024:
Family Membership: £50.00 per year (YRP)
Family Membership: £55.50 (Standard)
Non Member Pay & Play Court Charge:
ADULT Standard COURT/HOUR £6.45
ADULT YRP General COURT/HOUR £5.20
ADULT YRP Concession COURT/HOUR
JUNIOR Standard COURT/HOUR £ 3.30
JUNIOR YRP General COURT/HOUR £2.75
JUNIOR YRP Concession COURT/HOUR
If you are signed up to auto-renewal membership payments, any memberships expiring on or after 1st September 2024 will be charged the above new rates. If you do not wish to renew your membership, you can cancel your membership at any time online or by contacting our office before your renewal date.
Although prices will increase, we do hope you agree that we are still great value for money at Christchurch Meadows, with the whole family being able to play tennis for just over £1.00 per week and you will continue to enjoy the facilities we have to offer.

Welcome to GDTennis Christchurch Meadows - where you and your household can play tennis for only £40 per year!
We are based in Christchurch Meadows, Wolsey Road, Reading, Berkshire. We have 4 Hard Courts that are open all year round utilising a state-of-the art court booking and gate access system.
There are two ways, that you and your family can come and play tennis here at Christchurch Meadows...
- Annual Household Membership which is only £40 per year (£45.00 non residents) - this allows anyone in your household to book and use the courts for free.
- Pay as you Play - if you do not wish to purchase a Household Membership, there is the option to book courts on a Pay as you Play basis. Prices from £5.00 per hour for Reading Borough adult residents.

3. Confirmation
We'll send you confirmation of your booking. You'll receive a pin number to access the venue. It's easy!
